SweetBuds Bakery received honorable mention as one of the sponsors at the "Poetry & Presents" event held at the Owen Brown Center, in Columbia, MD this past Friday, December 16th, hosted by "Bringing On New Direction" Inc. a.k.a. "BOND".
Bond's Founder & President, Nayvette Fowlkes, aspires to uplift, motivate & empower women to reach their highest potential with their fundraising efforts. Bond's #1 goal, this holiday season, is to take the proceeds from this event and put smiles on the faces of five (5) less fortunate families that come as referrals from the Maryland Department of Social Services & the House of Ruth.
